I am somewhat poor in doing objectives. But i have confidence that all questions will be asked from the book VITEEEpreparation books? Is it?

Can you please clarify you are asking for which book?
VIT syllabus is based on NCERT books. Make sure you complete your NCERT book throughly to score good marks in the exam. Your basics should be strong.
After, NCERT you can recommended below books for your preparation
Physics
You can go for Arihant and H.C Verma
Chemistry
You can go for OP Tandon, R.K Gupta and R K Madan
Mathematics
You can go for RD Sharma and Arihant books.
