I am state board intermediate passed and 2 nd time neet writing in 2021 which qualification code have to apply in application form ?

Basically you are a dropper as mentioned in your question.
So Any candidate who have passed class 12th from state board or CBSE or ICSE board is expected to put code 02. I t includes all students who have taken few drops
Code 01 is for 12th appearing students
