I am stuck in delhi due to lockdown i want to go back my home in up so anyone suggest how to get e pass for student for travelling in private car

Hello student to be honest it's very difficult to get a pass for private car because there's multiple levels of checking before issuing any pass so you can ask your parents to request the DM of your home town where you want to travel if he allows you then you can get a pass for your private car otherwise its very difficult.
