Hey, firstly practice is what makes anyone perfect. Try mastering 5 new words everyday with their meanings. Read the daily newspaper. Try listening to the English news channel. Also try communicating in english. Dont think whether you are saying right or wrong. I am sure if you follow this regularly you will be able to grasp quickly.

Hi, First of all its good that you have decided to serve our country. As you are from Hindi Medium school i will advise you to first go through your textbooks widely and deeply. Develop a better understanding of small and little details. Try reading newspapers such as the tribune , The hindu etc. for better grasp on the subject. For vocabulary you can take a look at Word power Made easy by Norman Lewis.
