i am study in 12th classs and my result will come at the last week of the may.can i fill up the application forms

Almost all the competitive entrance exams occurs before12th board results, and they don't need 12th marks in the application form. So, yes sure you can fill up the application form without any concern. If you don't pass the minimum 12th percentage criteria for a university they won't allow you to participate in counselling.

You haven't mentioned any specific college or course.Whether or not you can apply for admissions depends on the college .Some  of the colleges where admissions are on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam , begin their admission process only after the results of class 12 are published.For colleges where admission is based on the entrance score ,they will provide a time limit during which you can upload your 12th score.You can check the eligibility criteria mentioned in the official website of colleges before applying.
