Yes you are eligible to give GATE exam for Mtech studies. You can check the complete GATE eligibility criteria here .

To avail M.Tech admissions at the IITs or NITs, you must have qualified GATE score. Also the M.Tech admissions are not through a centralized counselling for all the institutes and so you have to check the eligibility criteria for each institute and course as the eligibility differs for all before they begin to apply.
