Hello,
For joing civil services you will have to give exams which are conducted by government. Exams like ssc, upsc, mppsc, etc.
So for this you will have to firstly join coaching for particular exam in which you are interested. And than side by side you can pursue your graduation too and when you age will be 21 years than you will be eligible for appearing in such exam.

You need to take admission in any graduation course like b.com, ba, etc.
