I am studying diploma final year if I got a job in CISCO then I have to prefer to job or btech which 1 will be the better one for my future

This is really a golden opportunity if you are getting placed in CISCO at your diploma level.There are many B.tech graduates who dreams to be placed in CISCO .If you are getting this you must not miss this opportunity.If the matter is of B.tech and you want to pursue you can do it after 1-2 year working .This work experience at CISCO will open a large number of opportunities after doing B.tech.So you should not leave it.

But I really wanted to study Because so many people used to say that they are so many students who studied diploma and got job and there is no growth in future and are working as a labourers

If you really want to study and there is no urgency to have a job then you should go for B.tech.You can do B.Tech while doing job also .There are so many who are doing so.This happens only when you are not financially strong and if you are strong then you can wait for 3 more years to get a job.(You will be lateral entry student and pursue B.tech from 2nd year)So Think about it what you have and what is important for you.
May I crt that there will not be no growth in future on diploma based jobs what are affects of a diploma based student
