I am studying final semester can i apply for group 2 exams

Hello aspirant,
Yes a final semester student can surely apply for Group 1, 2 and 2 A services. But the student should be able to produce atleast his or her provisional certificate at the time of Certificate verification. If the candidate is not able to produce it then they are not permitted to attend the counselling even after clearing the exam.
