i am studying in class 12. When i am filling my application form they are asking about qualifying exam in 12 column . i study in Gujarat board but there is no such option what should I fill in qualifying exam

You might not have the details but you can't help it now. Check if there is any option like a check box saying  i am currently studing now. You can click it then you won't have to give details. If there is no such option the check the option or drop downs which will have some other options like studying or equivalent to it.

In your question you haven't mentioned the Entrance name which you are filling so i can check it.

Better ask your friends who are also applying for it and enquire them how they filled it.
