You can write MHT CET, but your candidate type may vary depending on certain criteria like where you were born, did your schooling and 10+2 from, your parent's domicile.
Based on the criteria you meet you will fall in any of the following candidate types:
- Maharashtra State Candidate
- All India Candidate
- Jammu and Kashmir Migrant
- Children of NRI / OCI / PIO, etc.
