Suffering from OCD is not a disability that could make you fall under PWD Category.
The person who is suffering from any type of mental or physical type of disease or injury doesn't come under the category of PWD in IIT-JEE entrance examination. If you want to prove yourself as an PWD category candidate you would have to show/upload all your caste / community certificate during the time of counselling which should be attested by the district court.
