I am the first aspirant in my family to appear JEE mains. I am from a village in Tamilnadu. I only knew that, if i crack JEE mains, I may enter into some good colleges. First of all congratulations to you and the best suggestion to you will be that you focus on the next attempts of JEE MAIN if there are some attempts left out of 4 in a year.

As you have stated that you have got 88 percentile but you have not mentioned your category. As you don't have much knowledge about the selection process I recommend you make sure which category you belong to, as seats are reserved category-wise, so it will benefit you if you come under the reservation category.

1. Registration & filling choices
2. Seat Allocation
3. Document Verification and Acceptance of Seat by reporting at Reporting Centres
4. Again Document verification in the NIT you have been finalized for and all admission procedures.
