For all B.tech programs-JEE Advanced all the IIT aspirants have to sit for JEE main and afterwards JEE advanced.JEE eligibility criteria apply to all IIT's for admissions to their undergraduate programs.Based upon their score and rank in JEE Advanced exam,shortlisted candidates are called for counselling.

hello aspirant,
yes as of now you are in class 12th, i suggest you to work exteme hard regarding JEE exam and also JEE advanced preparation.
since you want to get the admission in IIT kharaghpur,it is one of the top 3 prestigious IIT institute which really offers a high end and best Excellent education and providing the high end salary packages to the students.
also, most of the IIT's requires a score in the rank of below 4000 depending up on category wise.
