Don't worry about the situation, it happens sometime. I would suggest you to recheck your Date of birth format and the email id that you have used. Make sure that the registration number that you are entering is in all capitals. Because the portal for JEE advanced results is case sensitive. If then also you are unable to login then you may contact the following number and email.
