Dear Shilpi, today being the last day for filling in the application form without late fees, students must have been flogging the website for filling the application form. That's the reason it has been advised not to put off the form filling process until the last date. Please try clearing the cache, browsing history, restart the device and re-login. Try to make the payment. At this point in time, this is the only option.
