Comprehensive Guide: IIT's | NIT's | IIIT's | Foreign Universities in India
Hello Aspirant.
As you've mentioned that you've scored 70 percentile in JEE main examination and also Belong to OBC category. Considering even both the criteria, your chances of getting into any government college is extremely difficult as your rank is quite high to get admission into any GFTIs.
You might get semi government or private colleges based on your percentile.

Hii
For your 70 percentile marks your rank can be calculated using this formula-
(100- percentile)*number of students appeared/100
That will be in range in general category 261000-360000. Your OBC rank will be approximately one-third of your general rank.
For this you won't be eligible for Jee advanced as last year cutoff for OBC was 74 percentile and this year too it will be nearly same. For this rank you won't get into any of IITs or NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. You may get some private colleges in your state, but we need your state name to predict that. So, mention your state so that we can help you with the information
