i appeard in 12th exam in 2018-2019-2020 and i failed 3 times...but i didnt fill my jee main form any year....so i really wanna workhard and i wanna give 12th one more time...so im elegible for jee main only..in 2012...when condition is i wannaa fill my first jee main form in 2021..my age..20 years.

Your first attempt will be counted from session 2018-2019, it doesn't depend upon whether you appear for exam or not. You can appear for jee mains maximum 3 times and advanced only 2 time. So, you were eligible for jee mains 2019,2020. You can appear in 2021 too. But in case of jee advanced, you can only appear in 2019 and 2020.
