Domicile Certificate – Not applicable for non-UP candidates
Caste Certificate – If applicable (must be from central govt format)
Character Certificate from last attended institution
Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (SLC/TC)
Migration Certificate – required if board is outside UP
Aadhaar Card / Valid Government ID Proof
Passport-size Photographs – at least 4-5 recent photos
Counselling Allotment Letter
Fee Payment Receipt (if any fee paid during counselling)
