I appeared in ntse exax stage1 from chandigargh.i have 160/200. What are possible chance.i belong to gen category.

The qualifying cutoff of NTSE is 40% for General/OBC candidates and 32% for SC/ST applicants. Your score seems good enough to qualify for the second stage however the final selection depends only on NTSE Chandigarh cutoff which will be released along with the result. The cut off is expected to vary greatly this year due to the change in the exam pattern. You can check the previous year cutoff from the link given below:
