See as we know that the jee examination has been resheduled this year.
Now there will be 2 exams in ayear. 1st in january and 2nd in april.
These 2 can be considered as 2 different sets of exams so if you need to apply for paper 1 or 2 of the April exam u need to refill the form and should have submitted the form a few days prior.
thus u can't write exam with january details.
