I applied First cap with open category and Can I apply second Cap with TFWS

Hey!

TWFS seats are only for the students of open (general ) category with low income. If you belong to any reserved category then you must join through that. But if you are a general category candidate and meet the eligibility critera of TWFS then you must apply through this. As first seats are alloted to TWFS and then to general category. But if you are alloted a general category seat then you cannot change itto TWFS.

So, if you still have an option to apply through TWFS in second round then you must go for it.
