I applied for Japanese German and Spanish language but i want to go with Japanese so should I need to prepare for others too?

If the entrance exam is held separately for the three languages and you are sure that you wish to take admission in Japanese language only then you can skip attempting the other two exams. However, if you can mention that you have applied for admission in which college/university then we can provide you the details accordingly.
