I applied for JEEmain paper1.By mistake I gave 'yes' to JEE main paper 2 in nata 2018 and submitted.How can I correct this?

Don't worry. It will not affect your JEE Mains Rank. If you want to pursue B.Arch. then attempt paper 2. If you want to pursue B.Tech. then go for Paper 1 only. You rank for B.Tech. will not be affected.
Try to give your best in paper 1.
