I applied for the TCS NQT examoff campus,and now my exam is on 21 April 2026,But on that day I have Interview on different location if I didn't attend this exam do i need to wait for 6 months or can i write the exam in May cycle 2026 in off campus.

Yes, you can apply for the May cycle. The 6 Months waitig period is for those who failed the interview round.
