I had given my boards in 2019 but I did not get 50% in pcb So I had surrendered my board marksheet and I reappeared for boards 2020 but I am not satisfied with it So can I register as a private candidate for board 2021 in cbse and then can I appear for neet 2021

Yes it is perfectly fine if you are able to produce the certificate for person with disability because at the time of applying for neet counselling you need to verify your person with disabilities status and if you are able to verify then it won't Create any problem for you.
