I applied my income certificate online... with all the details... first payment was not accepting it was showing payment pending.... then next again I tried payment received... now I am checking my application status it is showing application not peresening... what it means
If the payment was initially showing as pending and you subsequently made a successful payment, the application status may not have updated immediately because of a payment/application synchronisation issue.
The message "application not presenting" may indicate that the application is not currently being retrieved or displayed in the relevant portal, rather than necessarily meaning that your certificate has been rejected.
First, check whether the successful payment generated a transaction/reference number and whether you received an application acknowledgement. Keep screenshots of both payment attempts. If the successful payment is debited but the application is not visible, contact the concerned e-district/revenue department or portal support with your application number and transaction details. Avoid making another payment unless the authorities confirm that the earlier payment failed.
