I attempted the mock test but it did not show my score at the end neither did it provide solutions or correct answers

It depends on from which website you attempted the mock. Often the sites which provide free mocks dont provide with the solutions. I would suggest you to go through youtube , you will find the link for the mocks in the description of the video and most of them are trust worthy and are having good content.
