I attended 2017 tnea counselling and got admission in psg mechanical department. Now I wish to change my dep by attending 2018 counselling.

Their is a criteria in the colleges through which you can change your branch by the end of first year. You can get the details regarding this from your admission department and then get it changed for the rest years. If you wish to attend the counseling you can do so if you have applied for the TNEA.
