Hello Summer,
You can apply as an OBC candidate in JEE Mains only if you can produce the OBC-NCL certificate. Because even though the Muslim community is included in the obc category in Telengana under the BC-E category, they are not recognized as OBC in the central list. Therefore you can apply under OBC only if you can produce the OBC-NCL certificate, otherwise you will have to apply as generalgeneral candidate.
