If the previous year's trend continues this year as well then according to the previous year cut off, you may get Government medical seats with state quota but you are in a tough spot since the cut off for most of the Colleges is above 530. In year 2017-2018 the cut was more than 548 for the state UP. So basically it boils down whether the cut off this year goes up or not.
