see there is no age limit for attempting neet exam. but if you are from general category or any other category you need to have the eligibility marks in 10+2 exam for appear in neet.
for general category it is mandatory to have 50% marks in 10+2 in pcb i.e physics, chemistry, biology in aggregate to appear in neet exam.

As a Candidate belonging to General Category, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th. With 49.6%, unfortunately you are not eligible because the marks are not rounded off to the nearest decimal. And so, you will have to appear for improvement exams to ebe eligible for NEET 2020.
