I belong to general category, my rank in JEE2019 is 29904 with 97.3 percentile, can I get into any of the top NIT's

Hello dear,
According to your rank in jee mains 2019 you have no chance to get seat in any top NIT as your rank is very high, you should bring your rank under 5000 to get top nits.
