If you want to get admission in NITs with cse branch then you should try to score 180 above marks in jee mains as the cutoff of cse branch is high in almost every NIT because it is mostly preferred by students.

To get seat in nit for cse branch u have to score more the 180 marks in Jee mains.

Hi Rithwik,
The rank cutoff changes every year for colleges which consider JEE Mains but analising the previous year cutoff I can say that being from a general category you would be needing at least 200-220 marks in JEE to be on safe side.
