Dear Vimala,
In order to get into a medical college you need to give NEET Entrance Exam and the exam is conducted in offline mode.
The other exam is AIIMS Entrance Exam which is particularly for AIIMS Medical College only and the exam is conducted in online mode.
You can also opt for JIPMER Entrance Exam, total seats here are 200, that is, 150 in Puducherry and 50 seats in Karaikal. This is a computer based online test.
