Hi Harsh,
Generally, all the forms have editing option till their last dates; if that option is available to you then you can edit your form. If not possible then mail the authorities stating your reason along with all the supporting documents. They will find a solution. If that is not possible then you can mention this thing along with the documents during the counselling that is last stage where they can consider
