i belong to obc category and my mom is a biddi worker..can i get a gov seat if i score 300+ and i m from maharashtra..

You need to mention the name of the exam. Otherwise how can I help you with this query ?
I assume you are talking about JEE Main. If it is so and you score 300+ in JEE Main, there is no need of your OBC category. You will achieve a single digit rank with that massive score.
