I belong to OBC- creamy layer (falls under General category) for NEET-PG. In Tamil Nadu counselling, will i be considered under BCM with my BCM certificate ?

If you are able to produce a certificate that shows that you are in a certain category then you can take advantage of the quota provided to that category.

So, yes if you have certificate for BCM and the college provide quota for that category than you can surely apply for it.
