Hi dear...
The certificate is made through BDO or SDO office from the nearby residential area where the student resides.
Go to the respective office and get it issued. But the certificate must be shown when the counselling starts. Most probably it will be issued to you within 1 week. For any other query, you can whatsapp me on 9783226856.

Hi aspirant
you can apply if you are OBC.
But your certificate must be ready before couneslling date or admission date.
If you won't be able to produce then you will loose the OBC reservation and you will have to switch to GENERAL/Open Category .
These terms and condition is valid for any entrance exam in India.
