Hello,
If you want to get into a government medical college in delhi, Chandigarh, indore or Lucknow then you will have to apply via all India quota counselling.
But let me tell you that you won't be able to get admission in Delhi with that score. Infact I would suggest you to apply for the counseling process via state quota counselling as you may benefit from the 85 percent state quota.
