I belong to st and have secured 18.85 marks 244 gate score AIR41261 in GATE2019 Civil.Can I get admission in a good govt college for M.Tech?

You can apply to state universities but chances are very low .Its better to prepare again for GATE so that you can score much more and get good colleges like IITs/NITs/IIITs /GFTIs.

Even if you do mtech from private colleges/other random college you will get no scope further.
