Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, as you belong to backward caste so you cannot get ews certificate as you are not eligible for this certificate. As EWS stands for economic weaker section and in this General category candidate can apply for this ews certificate as from this certificate they get 10 percent reservation under general category.
This certificate is also called as income and assets certificate.
