I belongs to Delhi & I have all document with Delhi address, Still is it necessary to have a domicile for admission in Delhi under 85%quota?

Dear student, it would have been better if you had clearly said about what you wanted to ask. Anyways I will tell you what I understood of what you have written. So basically domicile is considered of that state from which you have qualified your class 12th board examination. So if you have cleared your 12th boards from Delhi then it will be considered as your domicile state while if you have cleared your class 12th from Uttar Pradesh then it will be considered as your state of domicile.
