I belongs to OBC category and Ive category certificate too but I dont have caste validity certificate. So at time of JEE Mains application form filling can I mark my category as general and if I mark it as general will I face any issue?

Hi aspirant,

Yes absolutely you can fill the jee main application form as a general candidate. Actually government provides some benefits to the reserved categories for which the students need to produce the respective caste or category certificates with proper validity. If anyone does not want to get this special reservation or is not able to produce the required certificates, then they need to fill the form as general and the same would be applied while allotting the rank and during counselling.
