i belongs to OBCs category,but i have not OBCs cirtificate ,but jee advance application form giving an extra option of uploading the declaration in lieu of OBC-NCL cirtificate in place of OBC cirtificate,but i don't know what is this and from where i get it, so please help me as soon as possible!

decalration in lieu certificate is present in information brochure of jee advance.
You can read all information from there .
You must have the OBC certificate if you belong to this category. The declaration in lieu of OBC, can only be achieved if you have the original OBC certificate.
JEE Advanced authority has declared to upload this declaration along with other important documents. The certificate is only for non creamy layer of OBC candidates and others can't avail it.
