I blong to obc catgry.While filling JEE Adv reg' form,I selected option of providing a declaration of obc ncl certificate since I didn't had the latest one.Now I got the obc certificate & unable to edit in the form.pls suggest w'ch one I shd upload now? declartion form or latest certificate?or both?

No issues with anyone.Since you have got the obc ncl certificate, you will not face any issues whatsoever in the counseling and that important thing.As of now, since you have chose the option of Declaration certificate then i would suggest you to upload the same which you have selected,i.e the declaration one.
