Hi there. In response to your query the answer would be that you would be eligible. According to the lastest norms for the Other Backward Classes in the civil services examination the age limit has been set to thirty five years. I guess by the time the forms are out for 2023 you would be just under the age limit however for the next term you wouldn't be eligible.
