I by mistake uploaded photo without date of photo and name mentioned on it in jee mains form. What should I do now?

You can make necessary changes in correction window from 8th to 14th October 2018 which is correction window for all peemissible changes.
As of now just wiat for the date and timeframe and make all required changes
