There are many private colleges, that you can apply. Many colleges do not consider the cut-off of JEE main, instead they put a restricted cut-off for marks, such that irrespective of the cut-off of JEE main, if you qualify the JEE rank cut-off set by them, you are admitted. For Example, Jaypee Institute, Ajay Kumar Garg, etc..
Apart from this there are several colleges, that are private or government too, but have there own entrance exam. Such as BITS, VIT, KITEE, MIT, SNU, etc.
Apart from this you may go for other entrance exams such as WBJEE, COMEDk, etc. There are several Banglore colleges that are equivalent to several good NITs, and accept admission through COMEDK exam.
You may go for state entrance tests, such as WBJEE, UPSEE, MHCET, etc..
