All the best!
For getting a PG seat and being a general category candidate you must strive for a minimum of 50 percentage of marks. Out of 1200 you must score at least 600 to come within the 50 percentage category and getting a MBBS PG seat. 500 marks will not get you a seat in a government college. So, go for 600 marks.
Hope this helps and all the best!
